Quality and craftsmanship are of the highest importance, and we believe that fine jewelry is purchased as a very personal expression of an intention, or with a specific person or gift in mind. Because each piece of Jamie Wolf jewelry is custom made to order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges once an order has been completed.
If for any reason a piece of jewelry needs repairing, we will do our best to accommodate the request. Please email studio@jamiewolf.com with the following information. 
A brief description or image of the item in need of repair and the repair to be addressed, the original sales invoice, and your contact information.
If we determine that we can accept your repair, we will email you, the client, a return authorized number and shipping information. A repair estimate will be provided either prior to or upon receipt of your item, depending on the nature of the repair. We are not responsible for your item until it is in our possession. The typical return time for most repairs is 4-6 weeks.
